ULTRA PLAST QUICK PURGE® (super clean LP)

Quick Purge (super clean LP) is a specific purging compound in liquid form which must be mixed with the processing material.

Suitable for all thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PVC, POM, EVA, etc.

At a processing temperature ranging from 150ºC to 400ºC

It must be use as recommend quantity table and the rest of your production material.

It is specific for the cleaning of endless screws, barrels, nozzles, hotrunners and extrusion heads to remove burnt material (colour) rests, deposits, incrustations and black specks during colour and/or material change.

Ultra Plast is not toxic and is odourless. It will not damage your equipment because it does not contain solvents: all components are qualified as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by FDA.

ULTRA PLAST LP

Ultra Plast LP is a specific purging compound in liquid form which must be mixed with the processing material.

It must be mixed in a ratio of 1-2 % concentrate and the rest of your production material.

Suitable for all thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PVC, POM, EVA, etc.

At a processing temperature ranging from 80ºC to 400ºC

It must be use as recommend quantity table and the rest of your production material.

It is specific for the cleaning of endless screws, barrels, nozzles, hotrunners and extrusion heads to remove burnt material (colour) rests, deposits, incrustations and black specks during colour and/or material change.

It must be mixed in a ratio of 0.5-1 % concentrate and the rest of your production material.

Suitable for all thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PVC, POM, EVA, etc.

At a processing temperature ranging from 80ºC to 400ºC

It must be use as recommend quantity table and the rest of your production material.
