QUALIPURGE® FOR CLEAN ROOM PRODUCTION


Ultra Plast QUALIPURGE SWISS TECHNOLOGY

The new formulations, specially developed for clean room/white room productions or medical products.

 

These new formulations guarantee faster and more effective color and material change, even on the polymers and pigments.



 

 

 

ULTRA PLAST PO-CS

Suitable for all kind of thermoplastics such as: PVC, EVA, POM, HDPE, LDPE, PP, Polyolefin resin, TPU, ABS, PC/ABS, PA etc.

At a processing temperature ranging from 140°C to 300°C

It is specific for the cleaning of endless screws, barrels, nozzles, hot runners and extrusion heads.
 

ULTRA PLAST POE-CS

Specially for high temperature plastics and engineering plastics: PA, ABS, PEEK, PPS, PPO, GRIVORY HT, ULTEM, PEI, PES, etc.

At a processing temperature ranging from 240ºC to 400ºC

for the cleaning of endless screws, barrels, nozzles, hotrunners and extrusion heads to remove burnt material (colour) rests, deposits, incrustations and black specks during colour and/or material change
